Creative Diagnostics is striving to develop high-quality detection reagents to support the development of mycotoxin detection. After years of research and experience by our technicians, we successfully developed a series of antigens and antibodies for immunoassays, and established the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA) detection platforms.

Antigens and antibodies have been extensively validated and characterized. The antigens were analyzed by UV–Vis spectroscopy and sodium dodecyl sulfate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). The antibody sensitivity was determined by measuring the 50% inhibition concentration (IC50) by icELISA. The antibody specificity was determined by measuring cross-reactivity (CR) with other structural analogs. The result shows that the IC50 of Mouse Anti-Cyclopiazonic acid monoclonal antibody, clone CPA was 0.4 ng/mL. The CR with aflatoxin B1, aflatoxin B2, aflatoxin G1, aflatoxin G2, L-tryptophan, and indole-3-acetic acid were all <0.01%. Cyclopiazonic acid [BSA] (#DAG5605) and Mouse Anti-Cyclopiazonic acid monoclonal antibody, clone CPA (#CABT-L4231) can be used to detect Cyclopiazonic acid residue by ELISA and IFIA.
