At SLB In-Home Care our priority is helping families find suitable pediatric healthcare support for children who need ongoing nursing, medical monitoring, or assistance with personal care. We understand that each child’s circumstances are different, and effective home healthcare should reflect individual needs, family preferences, and the child’s approved plan of care. Our services may include pediatric skilled nursing, medication administration, seizure monitoring, respiratory and ventilator support, tracheostomy care, feeding assistance, blood sugar monitoring, wound and catheter care, mobility support, positioning, bathing, hygiene, and toileting. We also help eligible families learn about GAPP, Georgia’s Pediatric Program, which may support qualifying children through Medicaid-funded in-home services when program requirements and medical necessity are established.
