Embark Exeter offers a unique one-to-one counselling experience that combines emotional exploration with canine-assisted therapy. Embark Exeter is a space based on nurture. By focusing on emotional well-being, natural realignment and positive performance, Ted and I create a space for you to explore your emotions in a way that feels safe and trusting. My aim is to foster a sense of validation. Throughout my work, I listen, inquire and suggest, talking to you in confidence to progress and alter your mindset. Canine-assisted therapy is unique. Rooted in the unconditional bond between humans and dogs, the technique is designed to make individuals feel relaxed, fostering a supportive environment where therapy can be undertaken with trust. Aided by the affection felt by having Ted close by as a companion, the approach stimulates an experience that’s richly calming, creating a space from which natural healing and growth can begin.
