Women on the Wing supports SF Bay Area Women’s upland hunting through organized field trips, guided hunts, and mentorship programs. Participants learn safe shotgun handling, upland bird tracking, and ethical harvesting techniques. The programs combine hands-on skill-building with bird-dog experience, habitat awareness, and field-to-table preparation. Women connect with mentors and peers while enjoying the outdoors in Northern California.
