The hose features a three-layer composite structure:
① TPU Liner (Inner Layer)
The liner is extruded from high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) using a through-the-weave extrusion process, forming a continuous, smooth inner wall. The TPU liner offers outstanding chemical resistance against manure, fertilizers, oils, and various industrial fluids, ensuring no medium contamination during transfer while minimizing flow resistance for maximum conveying efficiency
② Reinforcement Layer (Middle Layer)
The middle layer consists of a high-strength woven fabric made of polyester fiber or aramid. This woven reinforcement provides excellent pressure resistance, tensile strength, and dimensional stability, maintaining hose integrity during towing operations and withstanding both tractor traction forces and pumping pressures.
③ TPU Cover (Outer Layer)
The outer cover is co-extruded from TPU material and tightly bonded with the reinforcement layer. The TPU cover delivers superior abrasion resistance, protecting against ground friction, stone impact, and sharp object puncture. It also features excellent resistance to UV radiation, hydrolysis, and aging, ensuring long-term outdoor durability.
